Shipping policy

Processing Time
All items are made to order. Most orders ship out within 2–5 business days.
You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on the way.

Shipping Times
Standard shipping usually takes:

• 5–10 business days within the U.S.
  Shipping times may be longer during holidays or bad weather.

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are shown at checkout and are based on the items in your cart and your delivery address.

Wrong Address
If you typed the wrong address, please email us at help@badlandsswag.com as soon as possible.
If the order has already shipped, we’re not able to change the address. Returned packages can be re-sent once new postage is purchased.

Tracking Issues
If your tracking hasn’t updated in a few days, send us a message. Sometimes carriers are slow to scan items.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked “Delivered,” the carrier considers it complete.
If something goes missing after delivery, we recommend checking with neighbors or contacting the carrier. Still stuck? Email us — we’ll do what we can to help.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at help@badlandsswag.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We’ll take care of it.
